Ohsawa Japan roasted nori comes in a pack of 10 full sheets. The seaweed grows in brackish water fed by the Kiso, Ibi, and Nagara rivers, then is slowly roasted using far-infrared heat without acid treatment. Use it for onigiri, nori rolls, ramen, or salads.
