Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please email your order number to foodcomejapan@gmail.com.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
Please note that all purchased items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Orders are generally shipped within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

Return Policy

1.Eligibility:

Under our return policy, you may request a return or report an issue within 7 days from the delivery date shown in the tracking information, only in the following cases:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • The tracking shows “Delivered,” but you did not receive the package (see below).

2.Lost Packages (Marked as Delivered):

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We recommend that you:

  • Check with household members or neighbors.
  • Look around your property (mailroom, porch, etc.).
  • Contact your local carrier with the tracking number.

    We will do our best to assist you, but please note that we are not responsible for loss or theft of packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

    Each case will be reviewed individually, and store credit may be offered at our discretion.

3.Initiating a Return:

To start a return, please email foodcomejapan@gmail.com with your order number, product details, reason for return, and supporting proof to help expedite the process.

4.Return Process:

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

If your item is defective, damaged, or marked as delivered but missing, please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Include at least two photos of the shipping box and the affected item(s), or a written statement if the package was lost.

Shelf Life and Expiration Date Policy

Due to the nature of our inventory and direct import timelines, some food items may have a shorter shelf life than typical U.S. retail standards.

Products with at least 30 days of shelf life remaining at the time of delivery are considered acceptable and are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

When applicable, we will do our best to note shorter shelf life in the product listing. Please consider this when placing orders, especially for imported goods.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain items, we cannot accept returns. We also do not accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

All items purchased through Food Come Come are final sale and cannot be returned.

No Refunds for Previous Purchases

Purchases made before a promotional period are not eligible for refunds or partial refunds. Once a purchase is completed, it is considered final regardless of subsequent promotional offers or price adjustments.
