If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

Orders are shipped from Japan to eligible destinations. Available destinations, shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout where applicable.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs processing, inspections, carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and cooperate with reasonable requests from the carrier or customs authority. Delivery status and carrier records may be used when reviewing claims involving delayed, missing, or delivered shipments.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs-clearance fees, brokerage charges, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer-protection law, the Fukuoka District Court in Japan will have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.

Changes will apply prospectively from the effective date unless otherwise required by law. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
