Important Information for International Orders

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are separate from the product price and shipping fee paid to FOOD COME COME.

Important Notice for U.S. Customers

Since August 29, 2025, duty-free de minimis treatment has generally no longer been available for goods imported into the United States.

Under the current U.S.–Japan tariff framework, many products originating in Japan are subject to a baseline tariff rate of 15%. However, the actual amount charged may vary depending on the product category, customs classification, country of origin, declared value, and applicable U.S. regulations.

Some products may be subject to different rates, exemptions, or additional fees. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the exact amount of import charges in advance.

How Import Charges Are Collected

When import charges apply, the shipping company or customs authority may contact you directly and request payment before or upon delivery.

Payment of all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees is required for your order to be released and delivered.

Customer Responsibility

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, import duties, taxes, and customs-related charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Refusing to pay applicable charges may result in the shipment being delayed, returned, or otherwise handled in accordance with the shipping carrier’s procedures.
