We use mentaiko from Hakata Marukita Suisan Co., Ltd., a Nissui Group company. Seasoned with soy sauce, kelp extract, and bonito flakes extract. It can be used in a wide variety of ways, including as an accompaniment to rice, as an ingredient for pasta, and as a seasoning.
