Morihan Yasohachiya Gyokuro 40g
Morihan Yasohachiya Gyokuro 40g
This gyokuro tea is made with new tea picked on the 88th day after the beginning of spring (around May 2nd each year). Tea picked on the 88th day after harvest has long been considered a symbol of good health and longevity, and the auspicious "eight" (8) symbolizes prosperity and has made it a popular gift.
The tea leaves grown using the Ohishita cultivation method are characterized by a rich, creamy sweetness and full-bodied flavor, as well as a "covered aroma" similar to that of nori seaweed. Enjoy the soft texture and full-bodied flavor for hours to savor.
This is a masterpiece that Morihan has been producing since its release in 1966.
