This additive-free fruit butter is made with ripe Miyazaki mangoes and is produced by confectionery shop "Kate-ri" in Shiiba Village, a mountainous area of Miyazaki Prefecture.
It is made using only Miyazaki mangoes, unsalted fermented Miyazaki butter, and sugar beet sugar. By quickly baking it in a low-temperature vacuum oven, the mango's rich sweetness and rich tropical aroma are brought out to the fullest, and the mellow fruit flavor and smooth buttery texture fill your mouth.
It's great spread on toast or baguette every morning, or served on crackers to accompany a glass of wine.
