We've also blended three types of vinegar: rice vinegar, apple cider vinegar, and black vinegar, to create a dressing with onion as the main focus, with a mellow acidity and rich aroma that enhances the onion's flavor. From the first bite, you'll be greeted by a rich flavor with a lingering, refreshing vinegar finish.
