Refreshing and Mellow Flavor
This dressing blends the aroma of lemon with the savory flavor of onion for a refreshing yet mellow flavor. We've created a balanced blend of three types of lemon: lemon juice, lemon paste, and lemon peel, allowing you to enjoy all of the lemon's sweetness and aroma. We've also used plenty of Pietro's carefully selected domestic onions to add their mellow umami and sweetness, and added Oita kabosu juice, shio koji (salted rice malt), and soy sauce for an even deeper flavor.
