This healthy version of our popular "Pietro Dressing with Japanese Soy Sauce" retains the deliciousness of our classic dressing, but adds a healthy twist. We've reduced the calories by 50% and the oil by 60% while preserving the full flavor and umami of the ingredients. To more closely resemble the flavor of this beloved classic dressing, we've added umami by using the same sweet soy sauce from Kyushu that's been a hit for over 40 years. By adjusting the balance of seasonings, you can experience the umami flavor the moment you put it in your mouth, resulting in a rich, full-bodied flavor. We use domestic onions grated in our own factory. The grated onions blend well with the ingredients, allowing you to enjoy the texture of the onions along with the umami of the soy sauce. A blend of rice vinegar and mellow apple vinegar creates a fruity aftertaste. This dressing has a refreshing, mellow flavor that will enhance your everyday salads.
