Sugimoto Tea Garden Kabusecha Set 140g

This is a two-piece gift set of rich, sweet, and flavorful kabusecha tea made from the "Okumidori" variety.
Sugimoto Tea Garden's "Kabusecha Set 140g" comes with two individually wrapped 70g bags of kabusecha tea, which is rich in flavor and has little astringency. The new buds are grown for approximately 10 to 14 days, covered in black or silver cheesecloth to block out sunlight, resulting in tea leaves that combine the refreshing flavor of sencha with the mellowness of gyokuro. The recommended brewing method is to steep for about one minute in water cooled to 50-60 allowing the tea to simmer for a fragrant, sweet flavor.
