Nippn Sanuki Zaru Udon Noodles - 100% Japanese Wheat
These dried Sanuki udon noodles are made with 100% “Sanuki no Yume” wheat, grown in Kagawa Prefecture, using a high-hydration method and slow, low-heat drying.
The result is a firm, chewy bite and a smooth, easy-to-swallow texture, ideal for cold serving as zaru udon.
