Wagahai wa Men de Aru Udon - Dried Noodles from Ehime (Value Pack)
These dried udon noodles from Ehime Prefecture are made with a high-hydration dough and long, slow aging, then “ayaori” (woven-folded) to further mature the dough, resulting in a firm, chewy texture.
Each 800g pack contains 8 bundles of 100g, making it a convenient value size for families and stocking up.
Delicious hot or cold, with your favorite broth or dipping sauce.

Product Type:Dried Udon Noodles (High-Hydration, Slow-Aged) Ingredients:Wheat Flour (Domestically Milled), Salt Net Content:800g (100g × 8 bundles) Storage Instructions:Avoid direct sunlight and humidity, store at room temperature. After opening, reseal the bag tightly and store in a cool, dark, low-humidity place, and promptly consume. Preparation Instructions:Boil plenty of water in a large pot and add the noodles, loosening them gently. Cook for about 10 minutes over reduced heat, just below boiling, stirring occasionally. Pick up 2 to 3 noodles with chopsticks and test the texture. Rinse well in cold water and drain. Serve hot or cold as desired.
