Product Type：Dried Udon Noodles (Sanuki Style) Ingredients:Wheat Flour (Domestically Milled), Salt Net Content：630g (serves about 7) Storage Instructions:Avoid direct sunlight, store at room temperature. After opening, reseal the bag tightly or transfer to an airtight container to protect from moisture and insects, and consume promptly. Preparation Instructions:Boil plenty of water in a large pot. Add noodles (at least 1L of water per 90g) and stir gently so they don’t stick. Cook for approx. 10 to 12 minutes over reduced heat, just below boiling. Drain, rinse well in cold water. For hot dishes, reheat the rinsed noodles in hot broth. For cold dishes, serve with chilled dipping sauce. One serving is about 1 bundle (90g).
