Aged with far-infrared rays, they offer a firm, chewy texture and rich wheat flavor in an authentic Sanuki-style dried noodle.

Product Type：Dried Udon Noodles (Sanuki Style) Ingredients:Wheat Flour (Domestically Milled), Salt Net Content:270g Storage Instructions:Avoid direct sunlight and high heat/humidity, store at room temperature. Store in an airtight container after opening to protect from moisture, insects, and odors, and consume promptly. Preparation Instructions:Boil in plenty of water (at least 1L per 90g of noodles) for approx. 13 minutes for zaru/bukkake udon, stirring gently. For cold dishes, rinse in cold water, rub lightly, and drain well. For kake udon, shorten the boiling time slightly, rinse in cold water, briefly reheat in hot water, and serve in hot broth.
