Marumiya's "Osekihan Mix with Glutinous Rice (392g)" is a rice cooker-friendly red bean sekihan set made with 100% domestically grown pre-washed glutinous rice and Hokkaido-grown azuki beans. The included pre-washed glutinous rice does not need to be washed; simply place it in the rice cooker along with the rice mix, add water, and cook to easily create chewy red bean sekihan that retains the rich flavor of the azuki beans. The set also includes "sesame salt," which complements the red bean sekihan perfectly. The fragrant sesame salt enhances the umami of the rice. The contents make approximately 2 cups (approx. 2 go) of rice, making it suitable for 2-3 people, making it a convenient product for enjoying traditional flavors at home.
