A Shiraae base that you can make by simply adding vegetables and other main ingredients. Tofu is ground into a smooth paste, and then sesame paste and three ingredients (konjac, shiitake mushrooms, and carrots) are added to create a Shiraae base with a homemade feel. As it is pre-prepared, it is easy to prepare by simply adding one vegetable or other item. There are many variations to choose from, and it goes well with a variety of ingredients such as spinach, broccoli, boiled hijiki seaweed, and boiled clams. Adding cream cheese will give it a Western flavor.
