"Hanafu Wan" is a clear soup/miso soup created by artisans at a 150-year-old fu shop in Owari-cho, Kanazawa, with the desire to share hanafu with more people. Just as colorful fu flowers bloom in the bowl when hot water is poured, we hope to bring smiles to your faces with every bowl, whether it's for everyday use or a special occasion. How to Eat
1. Pour the included condiments into a bowl.
2. Poke a hole in the center of the mochi with your fingertips and place it in the bowl.
3. Pour 150cc of boiling water into the hole in the mochi.※Adjust the amount of water to your liking.
4. Once the filling has emerged from the mochi, stir and enjoy.※For the best taste, please use within the expiration date.※Please note that this product contains a desiccant.※Please handle boiling water with care.
