Higashimaru Soy Sauce's "Kappo Kansai White Dashi Soup 1.8L" is a Kansai-style white dashi made with the finest whole soybean light soy sauce, blended with plenty of bonito flakes, mixed bonito flakes, and dashi made from konbu seaweed from Hokkaido.
