Kusefuku Shoten's "Richly Umami Konbu Dashi" 40g (5 packets of 8g) is a dashi pack made with the rich flavor of Hidaka kelp grown in Hokkaido, exquisitely blended with domestically grown dried mackerel, dried sardines, dried bonito flakes, dried bonito flakes from Yaizu, and grilled flying fish.
