This concentrated dashi stock is made by slowly simmering hot water extract over time, and features the flavors of bonito flakes and dried mackerel.
This soy-sauce-free white dashi is made using only six types of domestically produced dashi ingredients, sugar, and salt. The rich dashi flavor enhances the taste of ingredients. It contains no seasonings (amino acids, etc.), protein hydrolyzates, or yeast extract.
