Kuki Sangyo's "Sesame Chili Oil 45g" is a spiced sesame oil made by slowly simmering chili peppers in first-pressed sesame oil, bringing out the chili peppers' unique aroma and spiciness. Six spices (chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, garlic, black pepper, green onions, and star anise) are added to this fragrant sesame oil, pressed using traditional pressing methods, to create an appetizing aroma, deep umami, and a lingering, stimulating spiciness. Simply sprinkle a small amount on top of gyoza, mapo tofu, ramen, hiyayakko (cold tofu), stir-fried vegetables, soups, and other dishes to easily add authentic Chinese flavor.
