Made from 100% yukou, a rare citrus grown only in limited areas of Tokushima Prefecture such as Katsuura, this juice is often called the "phantom citrus" for how little known it is.
Its acidity is gentler than yuzu and its aroma richer and more refined than sudachi, giving it a smooth, mellow taste that's easy to even for those sensitive to tartness.
