How to cook For microwave ovens: Open the film up to the dotted line and heat. About 2 minutes at 500W or 600W. *May vary slightly depending on the model. For boiling water: Do not remove the film, place the film side up, and heat for about 16 minutes without covering the pot. Caution Be careful not to burn yourself after heating. Please note that scratches on the film and tray may cause quality defects. Water droplets in the film do not affect the quality.
