The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All items sold by Food Come Come are purchased in Japan and shipped directly to customers from Tokyo. This is to meet the needs of high-end customers who seek 100% pure quality assurance sold in Japan. Your important items will be carefully packed one by one and shipped from Tokyo as soon as possible. The average transit time of Fedex international express from Tokyo to the United States (until it reaches you) is about 5 days, and you can track the parcel number within 24-48 hours after the parcel is shipped. It is not easy for goods to travel long distances. Please arrange to sign directly with the Fedex delivery person to avoid the possibility of losing the parcel due to direct drop-off without a signature.

Occasionally, our seller will bear the delay in transportation time and loss of product inspection due to random inspection by US Customs, but customers must provide evidence of random inspection by customs. If a situation occurs where customs duties need to be paid after random inspection, the risk must be borne by the buyer.
