Yuzu is the citrus that defines Japanese cooking — sharper than lemon, more floral than lime, and used in everything from dipping sauces to tea.

We ship it direct from Japan in every form it takes: yuzu ponzu from Yuasa, grated Oni no Yuzu ponzu from Tokushima, yuzu kosho chili paste, Fujino yuzu salt, yuzu hojicha from Izumo, candied whole yuzu from Kyushu, Kochi yuzu candy, and canned mackerel simmered in soy and yuzu.

Most of these never reach US shelves.
