(1) Take out only the amount you will eat and drain the water. If you can't eat all the food, leave some moisture in the bag.
(2) Fill a bowl with water and rinse gently under running water 2 to 3 times. (about 20-30 seconds)
(3) Transfer the sea grapes to a colander, drain the water, and serve in a bowl. Serve on a small plate with vinegar soy sauce, ponzu sauce, or dressing as desired.
