Hokkaido Kenso Konbu Dashi 300ml is a concentrated liquid dashi made with whole Hidaka konbu, Hokkaido, slowly dissolved over three days using a special method. The konbu's rich flavor and richness are tightly concentrated, and even a small amount adds depth and richness to dishes. It uses no artificial seasonings and instead uses sea salt from the Sea of __Okhotsk, resulting in a natural and gentle taste. It can be easily used in a variety of Japanese dishes, including miso soup, clear soup, hot pots, simmered dishes, and stir-fried vegetables, and even a small amount will add a rich flavor. It can be stored at room temperature in a cool, dark place. After opening, it is recommended to refrigerate and use as soon as possible. Konbu fibers and ingredients may settle, but this does not affect the quality.
