Easily make authentic dashi by boiling it in water for 3-5 minutes.
Once you master the basic dashi stock recipe, dishes using dashi, such as udon, soba, and chawanmushi, will be even more delicious and flavorful.
(1) Add one packet of this product to 400cc (2 cups) of water and boil.
(2) Once boiling, simmer over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, then remove the dashi pack.
