This side dish miso is made with "Maboroshi no Miso," a masterpiece by Tomihiro Nagata, who has been recognized as a "Contemporary Master Craftsman" by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare. This dish features Kujo leeks, which have a delightfully sweet and crunchy texture, and a sharp kick of black shichimi pepper. The balance between the fragrant leeks that fill your mouth and the lingering spiciness is exquisite.
