South Product Soup with plenty of fresh early-picked mozuku 8.8g
The desire of the Uminchu to make it easy for people to enjoy the deliciousness of early-picked mozuku led to the creation of a mozuku soup unlike anything else. This satisfying mozuku soup is made with plenty of early-picked mozuku harvested in the Churaumi Sea of Katsuren, Okinawa's number one mozuku producing area, located in central Okinawa Prefecture. It has a gentle, comforting taste with bonito stock and yuzu flavor. It contains about twice the amount of regular freeze-dried soup (about 30g of fresh mozuku). Slurp it down like you're eating noodles. Just pour in hot water and you can easily enjoy the deliciousness of crunchy early-picked mozuku. No added chemical seasonings. Low in calories and full of dietary fiber. It's also delicious when made into porridge by adding rice.
