This tuna mayo sauce is made with Kuze Fuku Shoten's popular "Rich Flavor All-Purpose Dashi." The umami of dashi combined with the richness of tuna creates a gentle flavor perfect for onigiri and sandwiches. We've newly adopted a specially formulated mayonnaise sauce that doesn't contain any seasonings (amino acids) or emulsifiers. This brings out the umami of the tuna, resulting in a natural, mellow flavor.
Use it as a filling for rice balls or sandwiches (our most popular item!)
Mix it with steamed potatoes to make a tuna potato salad
