STAR CURRY

We have commercialized a special curry recipe supervised by Chef Yoshimura Jun, who is based in Minamata, Kumamoto Prefecture and works to convey the appeal of vegetables and the joy of cooking through vegan cuisine.
It is carefully and painstakingly made using a cooking method that brings out the maximum flavor of the vegetables.
With more than 10 types of spices and the aroma of coconut milk, it has an addictive, gentle taste.
