Maruya Suisan's Minami Sanriku Oysters Simmered in Yuzu Miso 75g can is made using fresh oysters from Minami Sanriku, Miyagi Prefecture, simmered in a mellow yuzu miso made with plenty of yuzu from Miyagi Prefecture.
