It's finished with organic rice vinegar and refreshing organic yuzu juice, and a fragrant flavor enhanced by bonito and kelp dashi. This flavorful ponzu sauce features the refreshing aroma and acidity of yuzu, perfectly balanced with the richness of soy sauce and the umami of dashi. Made without synthetic additives, this safe and secure product utilizes natural flavors and is suitable for a wide variety of dishes, including hot pots, grilled fish, and tofu.
