It uses 50% sesame paste, which adds richness to the flavor, and 100% toasted sesame seeds, which have a nice crunchy texture, as well as golden sesame seeds, and is combined with fragrant ground sesame and mellow sesame oil to create a dressing that truly brings out the sesame flavor. This egg-free and cholesterol-free dressing also meets a variety of needs.
