If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, contact us within 7 days. Before contacting us, please:

• check the delivery location, mailroom, entrance, porch, or other safe place;
• ask household members, building staff, or neighbors; and
• contact the local carrier using the tracking number.

We will assist with a carrier inquiry where possible. A carrier's delivery confirmation may be considered evidence of delivery, and we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for theft or loss occurring after confirmed delivery. Any resolution will depend on the investigation, available evidence, and applicable law.

Refunds are not guaranteed when a package is refused, unclaimed, returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or not released because the recipient did not provide required information or pay customs duties, import taxes, or carrier fees.

If a returned package is received by us in resalable condition, we may issue a refund for eligible products after deducting original shipping, return shipping, customs, storage, disposal, and other costs incurred, to the extent permitted by law. Perishable, opened, damaged, or otherwise non-resalable products may not be refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an eligible claim is approved and a replacement is unavailable or unsuitable, we may issue another form of resolution. For a different product, please place a new order.

We will notify you after reviewing your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier fees are generally non-refundable unless the refund is required because of our error or applicable law.

After we issue a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post it to your account. We cannot control their processing time.

We do not provide retroactive refunds, partial refunds, or price adjustments when a product is discounted after an order has been placed. Promotional offers apply only during their stated period and are subject to their terms.

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain eligible online purchases within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. This right is subject to legal exceptions, including goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, custom or personalized goods, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

For an eligible change-of-mind withdrawal, contact us before returning the product. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Unless required otherwise by law or agreed by us, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

Cancellation requests are governed by ourCancellation Policy. An order cannot be cancelled after it has shipped.
