FOOD COME COME ships authentic Japanese food and lifestyle products directly from Japan. This policy explains our shipping methods, fees, delivery estimates, tracking, customs charges, and what to do if a delivery issue occurs.

Please provide a complete and accurate recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or province, postal code, country, telephone number, and email address at checkout.
If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or has been shipped. Customers are responsible for delays, failed delivery, return shipping, redelivery fees, and other costs caused by an incomplete or incorrect address or by information supplied incorrectly at checkout.
8. Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Packages

9. Delayed, Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the package, shipping label, and affected items where applicable.
Keep all packaging until the review is complete. We may need this information to submit a claim with the carrier. Resolution is subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
10. Minimum and Maximum Order Amounts
There is currently no general minimum or maximum order amount. Product-level quantity limits, shipping restrictions, or additional verification may apply to certain orders.
