Individually packaged in 8g tea bags, these convenient dashi allow you to enjoy a professional-quality taste at home. It is also seasoned as a marinade and is suitable for a wide range of dishes, from simmered dishes to clear soups and hot pots. Ingredients include salt, sugar, powdered soy sauce, edible vegetable oil, seasonings (amino acids, etc.), and some wheat, mackerel, and soybeans.
