A rice base for two servings that uses red sea bream (kama) from Ehime Prefecture, soy sauce from Shodoshima, and kelp extract as a secret ingredient. Adding lemon or sudachi juice to the loosened meat makes it even more delicious. For 2 cups of rice (2-3 servings).
